Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Samba Couture purchase. Please read the following policy regarding refunds, exchanges, and custom-made items.
General Refunds
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We may request photos of the item to process your claim.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for standard items (in stock) if they are returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
To request an exchange, contact us at support@sambacouture.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
Custom-Made Items
All custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
Exchanges for custom-made items are not available, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors in the order.
Return Process
Contact us at info@sambacouture.com to request a return or exchange.
Provide your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is defective or we made an error.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for returns.
