Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Samba Couture purchase. Please read the following policy regarding refunds, exchanges, and custom-made items.

General Refunds

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We may request photos of the item to process your claim.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for standard items (in stock) if they are returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • To request an exchange, contact us at support@sambacouture.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Custom-Made Items

  • All custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges for custom-made items are not available, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors in the order.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@sambacouture.com to request a return or exchange.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return/exchange.

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is defective or we made an error.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for returns.
